I am an experienced Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist based in Haywards Heath. 

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy, that works with the body’s natural ability to restore and heal itself, as well as reduce stress and build underlying energy. Using light touch, I listen to the body as a whole, helping it to shift into a deep healing state, where it can safely process and naturally release held patterns of tension or pain. 

The approach is very gentle, making it suitable for everyone. As it works with the whole person, changes can happen at the physical, emotional and spiritual level.
