Kundalini Yoga

A weekly evening class with Tej Sangeet Kaur, running every Monday at The Simon Wellbeing Centre.

Tuesday

Kundalini Yoga

A 6 week Kundalini Yoga course with Michelle, starting on Tuesday 18th June 2024 at The Simon Wellbeing Centre.

A 1 hour class full of kriya exercises, breathing, mantra and meditation.

  • The course starts on Tuesday 18th June and runs for 6 weeks, 9 AM - 10 AM.

  • The class is 1 hour.

  • £12 drop in, or £60 for the course.

Wednesday

Hatha Yoga

A weekly Hatha Yoga class (suited to all levels, including beginners) with Madeline Best, running every Wednesday evening at The Simon Wellbeing Centre.

  • The class runs every Wednesday evening from 7:30 PM - 9 PM.

  • The classes are an hour and a half long.

  • £11 drop in or blocks of 4 classes for £35.

    (Payable in advance and to be used within a 6-week period).

Madeline is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) Teacher who believes passionately that the benefits of regular yoga practice should be experienced by all.

She says ” You don’t have to be a ‘Bendy Betty’ or a ‘Flexible Fred’!

If you feel a little intimidated about joining a yoga class for the first time, give it a go and treat your mind and body to something truly joyful.

My yoga classes are not ‘keep fit’; I will introduce you to a gentle, simple Hatha Yoga practice with an emphasis on being kind to yourself, including calming meditative breathing techniques; an introduction to basic yoga postures and deep nurturing relaxation.”

Thursday

Tai Chi

A weekly evening class with Terry, running every Thursday at The Simon Wellbeing Centre.

Terry practices Yang style Tai Chi for health and wellbeing, which helps with osteoporosis, arthritis and diabetes along with normal Tai Chi forms (10 steps, 24 steps, 108 step, essential postures) and qigong.

  • The session runs every Thursday evening, 7 PM - 8 PM.

  • The class is 1 hour in length.
